Let's talk about Periods...

Time to talk about something half the population delas with- Menstrual cramps! They can literally control your whole day or week. Yes, a healthy diet, taking proper supplements, and exercise help cope with PMS & PMDD. But if you suffer from chronic cramps, more often than not, that isn't enough.

My first experience with suppositories for cramps was about 5 years ago. I learned about them online, they were called "w33d tampons" (horrible name looking at it now), so I went to my local medical dispensary and luckily found them. I had so muc relief, that I went back to buy more without any luck. This forced me to be creative, do my research, and make it myself.

I learned that I could make these suppositories with hemp and other calming herbs that are ph balancing and safe to use internally. So I did. Up until now, I have just made them for my girlfriends and myself. But due to popular demand, they will be in my shop this SUNDAY at Midnight EST.

What are the ingredients?

Very simple and gentle: full spectrum hemp and chamomile oil. (It is the same infusion I use in my lube, which is safe to use internally.) These herbs are local, and sustainably sources.(Remember that the soil a plant is grown in says a lot about the quality of the plant. So being organic/ sustainable is key)

**This does NOT contain essential oils. I do NOT recommend using essential oils internally. Period.**

How does it work?

You remove the suppository from the mold and insert it. Once the suppository is inside, your cervix, uterus, and even lower back muscles will absorb the calming herbs. This this is why they are so effective, you directly target the entire womb.

I'll be posting more about these magical suppositories. Stay tuned...
