Shipping Policy
Orders placed by 12 PM EST on a business day or at anytime on a weekend/holiday, will ship on or before the fifth business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, and safety and contamination concerns, we are not able to resell any item after it leaves our shelves and as such, we do not accept returns. Please be confident in your selections before finalizing your order.Gwendolyn's Botánica does not accept exchanges, But please contact us at admin@gwendolynsbotanica.com if you have any problems with your order.
Pre-Orders
All products on this site are currently made in small batches and take time to create. Some items might be listed as a pre-order, and if purchased, will ship only after the date mentioned in the product description. This requirement is not only for your safety, but to also ensure that you'll have a bar of soap that will be long-lasting.
Custom / Sample Orders
We love custom orders! Please check out this section of the website to grab your custom soap. Please include any scent /color requests in the comments, and we will be in touch for further details where necessary.
If you cannot find what you need, please contact us with details, and we will do our best to accommodate your request(s).
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your either payment method. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information can cause a delay in processing, or cancellation of your order.
Sales Tax Charges
Gwendolyn's Botánica shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of MI. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
