POP UP- The Winter Solstice Experience at The Lon Next Door- Gwendolyn is providing Reiki and Reflexology sessions on Saturday and Sunday!

Reflexology is the specific manipulation of nerve endings in the feet which relieve tension, improves circulation and aids in balancing the entire body. Includes a soothing warm foot soak.

Reiki  is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Gwendolyn will guide you in a meditation with sound frequencies, tuning forks, and aromatherapy.
